Dispatcher

73rd Solution deploys the most sophisticated ticketing and tracking system for the dispatchers. They can monitor all communications with the drivers assigned to the geographic areas. They can easily monitor the real-time status of the driver’s current ‘location and time’ and re-route any driver to attend to priority calls. 

  • The dispatcher can adjust the plans and routes accordingly if any customer takes any priority in the middle of the daily dispatcher’s plan. 
  • Correct any route plan on the fly to maximize the driver’s’ daily schedule
  • Re-adjust priorities to ensure customer satisfaction or situational changes to the priorities
